# Assign Channel

This module allows you to change the `Assigned Channel` away from that defined on the ticket panel. This allows you to effectively "route" tickets to where they best fit. For example, you may want a ticket about a user report to be routed to a mod channel whereas other tickets are routed elsewhere.
